Norman gave us a big lecture on the bus about keeping the babies warm and keeping the AC very low in our rooms. We only packed sleeveless dresses for Jemma as we understood it to be 100 degrees and 100 percent humidity as Nanjing is considered one of the "furnace cities." But in fact, the weather was gorgeous, very much like Los Angeles, almost no humidity and very comfortable. In fact, now it's actually getting cool.
